Sponsored by the Secretariat and undertaken by Chongqing Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation Group, the 4th Plenary Session of the Third Coordination Council for International Economic & Technical Cooperative Companies under the administration of International Contractors Association with the Ministry of Commerce was successfully convened on 10 Nov. 2011 in Chongqing. 32 Representatives from the Ministry of Commerce, the advisories, and local municipal governments etc. attended the conference. Minister Wulan wrapped up, stressing the significance of overseas investment.
